RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At OFFSET THEORY, every piece represents our commitment to quality, design, and individuality. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before making a purchase.

Please read our policy thoroughly before placing an order.

01. STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

All purchases are considered final sale, except where an exchange, replacement, or refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not accept voluntary returns for:

• Change of mind after placing an order.

• Personal styling or colour preferences.

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

• Products purchased during promotional offers, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Please check the product specifications and size chart carefully before confirming your purchase.

02. EXCHANGE POLICY

OFFSET THEORY offers exchanges under the following circumstances:

A. SIZE EXCHANGE

If your purchased size does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for another available size.

Conditions:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• The requested replacement size must be available.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval.

Size exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

B. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

• Photographs of the original packaging, where applicable.

After verification, OFFSET THEORY will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable under law.

C. INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or other legally applicable resolution at no additional cost to you.

03. STORE CREDIT / CREDIT NOTES

For eligible voluntary size exchanges, OFFSET THEORY may offer store credit as an alternative to an exchange, subject to customer agreement.

Our store credit conditions:

• Credit notes will be issued for the approved eligible product value.

• Store credits can be redeemed exclusively at offsettheory.in.

• Each credit note will be issued with a unique redemption code.

• Store credits will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

• Store credits cannot be transferred to another customer.

• Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

• Any remaining balance will be governed by the terms communicated when the credit is issued.

IMPORTANT: Store credit is a voluntary alternative for eligible cases. It does not replace any refund or other remedy required under applicable consumer protection laws.

04. NON-ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

An exchange request may be declined if:

• The product has been worn, washed, or used.

• The product has been altered or damaged after delivery.

• Original tags have been removed or packaging is missing.

• The request falls outside the stated exchange window, subject to applicable legal rights.

• The customer cannot provide sufficient order details or evidence to verify the purchase.

Normal variations in colour caused by individual screen and display settings are not considered manufacturing defects, provided the delivered product matches its advertised description.

05. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES

SIZE-RELATED EXCHANGES

For approved size exchanges, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges. These charges will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Where the issue is verified as our responsibility, OFFSET THEORY will bear the applicable shipping costs for the resolution.

06. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any accepted cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and payment-provider requirements.

07. REFUND CONDITIONS

OFFSET THEORY does not provide cash refunds for voluntary change-of-mind requests or ordinary size preferences.

However, refunds will be provided wherever required under applicable consumer protection laws or as part of an approved resolution.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.

08. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team with the following information:

1. Order number.

2. Registered customer name.

3. Reason for exchange.

4. Preferred replacement size, if applicable.

5. Clear product photographs or videos where required.

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Please do not ship any product back without receiving return instructions and approval from our support team.
